Our Firewood can be either seasoned or kiln dried to match or exceed acceptable moisture content. Our Pizza Oven/Cooking Wood kilned at 120 to 140 degrees for a minimum of 7 days. This process removes a significant amount of moisture and leaves for a great end product.
